In the town St. Valentin (right on the border between lower and upper Austria) was the largest and most modern tank assembly factory in Nazi Germany, the so called «Nibelungenwerk» Nowadays the grounds belong to the international concern «Magna». The Herzograd concentration camp next door supplied the Nibelungenwerk with free labor. Unfortunately, there is still no adequate memorial to this day.
